About

Rev. Lisa Beth White is a United Methodist clergywoman who specializes in short term mission.  She has many years’ experience leading and participating in mission work with teams of all ages.  She has studied with Dr. Dana Robert, professor of Mission History and World Christianity at Boston University School of Theology.  Lisa Beth utilizes her study and experience to support and equip local churches in their mission work.

Lisa Beth founded Sister of Hope Ministries in 2017 with the goal of lifting up the outstanding mission work done by everyday Christians that so often goes unnoticed.  Although other issues might grab headlines, each day Christians seek to live out their faith by helping their neighbors, feeding the hungry, and stepping in to help when disaster strikes.  This is the quiet heart of Christian action that Sister of Hope Ministries aims to encourage and equip.
